I agree with everything everyone else said. You did not gain the weight in one day so you are not going to lose it in one day. It does take time, patience and true commitment. It is obtainable though if you really want it, and you have come to the perfect place for amazing support and encouragement. We're all here for one…

I am so in!!! My original goal was 40 by my birthday which is Jan 2, so far 12 down so I am completely in, lets do this gals and guys!!!!

I definitely wouldn't skip the ice cream but I would pile on the caramel topping, and anything with peanut butter in it, cheese, bread, and cereal... I could live on cereal and eat it all the time mmmmm
