Awesome success story! You look great and that smile you have in both before and after pictures is beautiful.

That's good to know I need a minimum of 1800 calories, is that for any body weight? I just came back to MFP, baby boy born in January and I'm still nursing. would love to use MFP for discipline and when my son weans in the future. Right now I just eat, which I know is not good. I would love to lose 12-15lbs that I can't…

Hi Fit Mommy! I'm back on MFP today and recently gave birth to our beautiful son and want to lose that extra weight and mid section. Congratulations on your baby girl and becoming a fit mom! I am not familiar with 30 Day Shred, but good luck!

AND YOU DID JUST THAT! GREAT JOB! Thank you Mean People! Look at her now!!!!
-
Congratulations!!! This is such an amazing success story of a great weight loss and love before and after. That is wonderful your proposal came before any weight loss.

Way to go!!!

Good answer. I think I will start measuring too. Do you measure in the morning just like you would do for the scale?
-
thank you! I have been stuck since May 25th and it is now June 11th. Not long plateau but only seeing +/-1 to 2lbs throughout this time (2.5 weeks). Basically the scale as not moved below the last pound loss. I have just been gaining 1-2 lbs then losing those 1-2lbs. Yea me right? :-( So happy you came back and you will…

@Chief_Rocka are you even for real??? Definitely is a joke, just like his profile picture

I stick to my calories too! But like you're thinking I do eat fewer calories before the event so I can save. Especially BBQ! Yummy, enjoy moderately :-)

OP your dinner and getaway sounds lovely and something to look forward to. I like the mountain lodge idea.

Good luck! I understand. Brides of ALL sizes get emotional. In my profile photos I have my wedding day picture. It's what worked for my body at the time. I am 5'11 and was 143lbs then. However I wanted a halter dress. I'm lacking in the top, 34B so nothing looked right. I cried. I also am tall and dress are designed for…

I still try to stay in my calories and work out. My workout may be at 75% instead of 110% that week but I get it in. I actually feel better physically with the workout and definitely lose a pound or more after. My first period on here I CRIED on Day 1 and 2. Yes cried. I had gained 4lbs with the bloating and water…

Motivation! Great job and you look amazing. I just started kettle bell Friday and have gone twice. Right on time for me and so encouraging from your story.

Great job! Keep up the great work! YES! Completely see changes in every picture. Especially the back picture. Your top completely shows the difference in how it is fitted/stretched on you. Amazing work, you are doing well for 12 weeks!!!!
-
Completely Agree! Not Minor at all.. great job!
-
Awesome!!! Congrats on your 1/2 goal, you are doing and looking great! Every Success Story is always MORE motivation!!!

I love Oreo's!!! but I only eat the cookie, never liked the cream. So I get the 100 calorie Oreo chocolate crackers and still love those the same. But I know the real cookie tastes better... Now I want one :-) The problem is I have to pay for a tiny pack because I would eat the larger in a couple days.

Correction you loss 75lbs and you are WORKING that crop top! Great job!
-
That is 100% motivation!!!! I am 5'11 but love "Success Stories". You and your husband achieving results together is amazing. Not in the wrong way, but your waist, legs, and hips look great! Your entire body does, of course, but the mid section from before and after is motivation for me. I'm trying to lose a pouch and I am…
