This is me as well. I've also deleted people for large amounts of religious posts. Everyone is entitled to their beliefs and normally it doesn't bother me, but I've had a few friends that were a little over the top.

I'm wondering how you're logging accurately at all if you thought 4 strawberries weighed 100 grams. For me at least, the whole point in counting calories is to learn how to accurately estimate proper portion sizes. How do you do that if you don't know what those portion sizes look like?

Chips were the only thing I had to cut out of my diet completely when I first started counting calories. I can eat them in moderation now, but it took awhile to get there.

Tons of bands and DJ's. I went to a lot of concerts as a teenager. Jerry Springer. I also met Johnny Knoxville, Steve-O, and Wee Man at bar Orlando right before the first *kitten* episode aired. I was standing in line waiting to get in the bathroom. Johnny decided to show me the road rash on backside.

You only have 20 pounds to lose according to your ticker, so you should be aiming for around 1/2 pound a week loss anyway. If you exercise, you're supposed to eat more. MFP has you eating at a deficit without exercise, that's why it tells you to eat more after exercising.

But MFP assumes you will eat your exercise calories. The deficit is already built in. I'm 5' 3", work out 6 days a week, but have a desk job so I sit a lot. I'm currently averaging 2300 calories a day, and I'm still slowly losing weight.

How did your thighs get "muscely"? Two weeks of cardio, and 3 weeks of lifting? You must tell me your secrets. I've been lifting and running for a year and a half and still feel like I have chicken legs. :sad:
