I am a very impatient, guy, but I am also stubburn as hell. I am far from ever giving up. a few weeks back after indulging in junkfood, and unhealthy choices, I decided to get my crap together. I've been on here, a long. long. long time ago, and lost 45lbs in the process. I have been logging my caloric intake, and foods, sticking to a primarilly nutritious diet, of fruits, veggies, and meats. I dropped from a 205 pounds, to 195, I blame this on digestion, and water weight. It wasn't until last week on Saturday I decided to take up cardio training, and weightlifting at home. I then hopped on the scale fearful of the results to see I had lost 5lbs. It wasn't until my past decided to catch up with me (A ex,) and send me into a down spiraling direction of pity, and despair. I indulged in a meal of 1,110 calories, (Fastfood ofc.) and begin chugging cokes down, however on this day in perticular, I had 85 calories left, which is incomparable to my typical leftover of 1,350+ calories a day so recorded on MFP, and on the fallowing day I had 245 calories left. I however forced myself up to get busy, managing to pull off 45 minutes of vigorous jogging, and a few other workouts. I got on the scale this morning to weigh myself, and I am 195 pounds... Again. The indulging period lasted two days, and even then I was under my caloric limit, Why did I gain the weight back? I'm not giving up. Because it's fun exercising, and eatting right but I still demand I see results.

Salt and sugar are the likely culprits as they will add to water retention. Give it a couple of days to work its way out of your system. Although not logical, drink a ton of water to flush it out of your system. My day to day weight fluctuations (up) are as much as 5.5 pounds but always return to baseline within a few days.0

If you ate a lot of fast food it's probably just water retention from the sodium. Drink plenty of water and it'll soon drop off.0

            Salt most likely.
I'm more worried about the fact that you're regularly leaving yourself 1300+ calories uneaten at the end of the day, if I'm reading it right. Your deficit is built in. You should be eating up to your calorie goal. Otherwise you risk muscle loss rather than fat loss.0

In that long, long time you were here, you never noticed any weight fluctuations from a few days of going over?
Did you never go over, or am I reading this wrong?0
