Keep your diet in check and you'll lose regardless. When I first started my weight loss journey 60lb ago, I was eating properly and walked only 20-30 min every second day at 3.0mph and was losing. Good luck.

Thank you for the reply, Im definitely trying, although Ive changed from a paleo eating routine back to this zone diet and I've stalled out now. Maybe I just wasn't eating enough when I switched back to carb or not but my weight will not budge now, and it's getting really frustrating, so im just trying to get everything…

Hey man, I started at 331 hit a plateau at 282, upped my cals to around 2800-3000 a day and a couple days later, I broke my plateau. Was eating around 1700-1900 a day before.

Well I can tell you this, I didnt go back into it slowly haha So no wonder I "weighed" a little more, damn carbs lol On paleo, you dont really eat lots of fruits if your trying to lose weight, does that apply to a normal zone diet aswell? Do you stay away from natural sugars if your trying to lose weight? Can someone check…

So to you guys, burger buns, the extra carbs on store bought burgers, white rice, bread all that, is considered good? Bad would be too much sugar, deep fried etc? ><

Regarding calories burned, I actually just ordered a Bodyfit media today, and im going to wear that thing like no body's business, Ive heard great things, and it's really accurate so this will give me a solid amout of how much im burning.
