It makes me feel good to make others smile with a pie on their birthday or when taking chocolate treats to the hairdresser or phys. therapist office. I believe in everything in moderation and agree with those who would rather eat homemade treats…

In my opinion : Polar FT7 - the best one I "wasted money" on the New BAlance N4 which did not keep a connection for me between the watch and the monitor

YES. Polar FT7 Using it for years. Reliable. You do have to moisten the pads on the chest strap prior to putting on the chest strap. Round $80/$85 at Target here. Keep in mind the replacement battery for the watch is hard to find....I found replacement batteries at at Sears watch repair. You set your stats.(weight/age/etc)…

Fantastic job. Keep on the healthy things you've adopted. "WEIGH to GO!"

Ive done it before using an ole WW recipe/ It was fine. I would suggest draining it first if you can as it holds a lot more water than ricotta plus adding salt / pepper/ oregano/basil to it...then layer it into the lasagna.

Im definitely going to try and do this. makes it easier, I think.
-
Well you are doing great, thanks for the feedback.

I have read some of you set yours to 40/30/30 can you actually set the program to do those different ratios and if yes, HOW?

jcomley - i agree!

You'e got to get a heart rate monitor (polar, etc.) and program it with your age, weight, etc. and the monitoring of your heart rate during your entire session is the only "real" accurate monitor

Whatever works for you! Get IN. Work OUT. Get OUT. I On a basic note of female decency- I would hope that we could all band together and STOP judging each other. Just Be. And, alternatively, I would hope that we could all STOP considering what other people think of us. Just Be You.
