While I originally joined MFP to lose weight (and I still have that goal), I very very recently (like this weekend) decided to become vegan for ethical, not health, reasons. I'm super new to veganism and have so many questions - I am constantly doing research on how to make…

Haters be hatin'. Ok, but seriously...when people say mean hurtful things it's usually THEIR issues. Those gals (or at least the alpha) has some serious self-hate issues. Have you ever met someone that has to step on you to lift themselves up? Classic case here. I feel for you - but I hope you shrug it off and get back…

Thank you for sharing. This works for some women...my friend lost a ton of weight and always got on to me about how much I ate in the PM vs AM. I have not tried it myself but I heard this quote: "Eat breakfast like a king, lunch like a prince and dinner like a pauper!"

I friend requested some of you that posted things I agree with on here...just in case you see it in your requests and wonder who the hell I am. xoxo

hmmmm.....surely it's from over eating as well but I was under the impression that the gall bladder helped process fats or something....wish I had the opposite effect that some are experiencing as well :(

Consistency is key! I see 10 lbs a month as a totally viable goal if you are consistently providing the nutrients your body needs...and lots and lots of water. Remember to include physical activity (that makes you sweat) 4-5 times a week. I'm with you - my goal is 10 lbs a month as well...at least for the first few…
