  • I started at 310 back in Aug. I felt the exact same way, but you just have to be patient and I promise, it will come off. I wish it was coming off faster, I am only down to 275 as of this morning, but I know that the slower I lose the better chance i have of keeping it off. Hang in there!!!
  • I ve been doing Paleo since Dec 1st and I promise that it will get easier. Sugary snacks and breads doing tempt me like they used to. I would really suggest investing in some cook books to help with variety. I just picked up a book called Against All Grains, and the recipes are fantastic!
