I've run many 5k's, 10k's, a half-marathon and I am currently training to run the Boston Marathon on April 21st. I am pretty slow. As for the daily M FP use I'm not so good about logging my food but I do log all my runs. Feel free to add me if you like. That's great progress you've made!

I am training for my first half-marathon on Oct 6th. I've run many 5k's, 10k's a 7.1 mile race so I am ready for the next step. My ultimate dream is to one day run the Boston Marathon. I chose a 12w training program with 4 weeks of pre-training.

I did it about two years ago and I lost about 20lbs before I couldn't tolerate the food anymore. I then gained the weight back. I've tried all the diet plans and the only one that worked was the one that cost nothing - MFP and running.

I haven't made 50 but this morning I was at 43.3, and I started around Feb. 15th. I've been losing about 10lbs/month so maybe it will be 5 months or a little more since the weight loss slows as you get thinner. I was 215 at start. It's hard to tell since everyone is different. I think the important thing is just to KEEP…
