  • Good for you! I take a couple of bootcamp classes that are very mixed ability! The best advice I can give you is to work at your own level. The trainer should give different levels of exercises so make sure you don't push too hard but also try to push yourself a little! Make sure you take a bottle of water! My boot campers…
  • Good girl! I know te last few days have been, well, crap! But you can do this!
  • Depends on your goals but generally protein is the way to go as it Digestion of protein takes longer than carbs. Im a fan of egg/egg white omelette with veggies and a oven cooked sausage.
  • Walking is exercise! And if it something you like and or can stick to than that's really all that matters. Stick with it!
  • Motivating an supporting others is great. But there will be times when you do get annoyed! So I can completely empathise with where you are coming from. In your friends case, she seems to point the finger ant what others aren't doing and isn't really acknowledging her own mistakes...its important for us all to remember…

  • For me NOTHING come anywhere near a mac. I had my Mac for over 5 years and haven't had a single problem, whereas the year before I had 3 laptops in 1 year. It's takes some getting used to but it's honestly worth the time and money!

The other thing I suggest is to plan your exercise slot into your day, that way you know when you should be exercising. Hope that…
  • Anything can be a breakfast veggie! If I'm honest I eat chicken salad for Breakfast. I don't think that you need to stick what is traditionally seen as a breakfast item! I try and get people to eat healthy options, no matter what time of day it is.
  • I think you need to look at what exactly you are eating and the times you are eating! Are you eating small and often or the typical 3 meals a day? I have found that often small and often works so much better! This is because you are maintaining a high metabolic rate for longer and won't get as many drops in metabolism.…
  • First and foremost well done on you weight loss! Losing weight is not easy and I believe people should be proud of what they achieve Ok, about these comments you're getting, they're are most probably insecurities these women have about their own weight and for them it's easier to put you down than to do something about…
  • It's really important to be active, but at the same time it's also important to let your body rest so muscles can recover! Personally My advice would be try and have at least one day when you're doing very light cardio or yoga or stretching an that's it for that day. It mixed things up a bit!
