Glad to have you around, good luck!

Given my body type and how hard it can be for me to lose, bulkers seem to have it easier in my head. I can definitely see frustrations from either side though.

I've used it and never noticed that before. If you plan on using it still then I would at least talk to a doctor first to see if that's just something your body needs to adjust to.

This has probably already been said but I didn't have time yet to skim the whole topic. People who gain the weight back went on a diet. People who keep the weight off made a lifestyle change.

Great story, you should feel proud of yourself!

^^ This. Title had me head scratching.

Yep, this will absolutely accomplish your ultimate goal.

Married With Children I've seen them all multiple times but any time I catch a rerun it still makes me laugh.

Real. Talk. Could have just closed the thread here.

I prefer doing body area splits on each day but circuit training your whole body can be just as effective. It's mostly about preference hoenstly. People can swear up and down that one way is better but that's just what worked for them. Lifting heavy is the way to go regardless. There's been a ton of great mentions on that…

I typically go 4-5 days a week. I have a 4 day split and I like to sneak a 5th one in there with bodyweight exercises and deadlifts.

Best summary possible right there. Sounds like she's demanding all your attention imo.

Don't just focus on the amount of calories, focus on what you're intake is with that set amount of calories. You can do a steady amount per day or smaller ones with a cheat day (900 seems low) but make sure you're getting enough protein, healthy fats and non-starchy carbs and you'll see the weight come off. I go after work. After a stressful day of work an hour in the gym is the perfect cure.

If they're not anyone's business but your own then why bother posting?

I don't worry about making sure to eat them back. I just make sure my macros are in line and leave it at that.

I hate people like this that think they have it all figured out and want to complain about others. The gym is different for every person, since you're obviously insecure to the point that you have to watch and judge everyone else I would say you have more of an issue than just some "pet peeves".

Interesting, I'd be curious how the calories break down.

Agreed on the sugar alcohol. That stuff does some damage to my system.

It pleases me to see so many women with awesome arms. Good job ladies.

Great to see the motivation! Good luck on your journey!

Protein shakes can take care of this very easily. Most of them taste great now too so there's plenty of options out there.

If you aren't excessively obese then I would absolutely recommend bulking and then cutting. If you're severely overweight then bulking is pretty pointless.

I tried out Tai Chi and enjoyed it. Haven't done it in years, would love to start it back up after my cut though.
