I don't do it once a week or anything, but if i go to a wedding or an anime convention, i won't count. No point at a wedding (it won't kill me) and at a con i will be walking SO MUCH it won't matter. lol

I eat anywhere from 1200-1500 depending on the day.. I weigh 192 and am 5'5. I am losing it slow, but.. Well, as long as i am losing it at all i am happy. lol

Not having control of a lot of things in my life.. This is one thing i can control. The one point where i have a choice. Also, my doctor told me it might get rid of my asthma and acid reflux.

Sorry to jump in here, but now i am even more confused then ever. =/ My BMR is 1224.. Mfp gives me 1690 for me TDEE (i think its called?)... So heres the question.. I weigh myself every morning after i potty and before i eat. :) If my weight stays at one number for a week i change it on mfp.

I usually use 2% milk and one tsp of sugar. :) If its flavored coffee (like pumpkin or Strawberry. :D ) then i'll put natural bliss sweet creme instead of milk..

Oh man, i looooooooooove acv.. Never thought to try it on cucumbers! I usually put it on cooked green beans or fried potatoes and onions.. Or cabbage. :D Going to have to try this with water or tea in the morning.. Thank you for posting!
