Did 25 minutes of high resistance cycling interval training and also weight trained my chest muscles yesterday. Plan to do 25 min intervals again at noon then head the gym with my husband and do my 25 min intervals plus a back muscle weight training workout :)

Let me correct you. I have been a MEMBER for 8 months and fell off the wagon. I'm at the end of my first week back at it. Yes i've lost 2 pounds this week. And NO i'm not eating enough calories at least to MFP.

ohh. I love you thank you haha :) my hair is for sure my favorite thing about me. I do eat peanut butter, sunflower seeds, avocado's, flax seed. and take a fish oil supplement. So im already making sure to get my healthy fats :)

I think we should have a smaller one weekly and a tougher one monthlly. Weekly Ideas: -Do 1000 Crunches one week.. If you're working out 5 days a week thats 200 a day. You don't have to do them all at once. spread them out during the day but abs need attention. -Try to drink a gallon of water a day.for a week. (I know here…

I hate the scale. Therefore i try my hardest not to use it. I think i am going to set my goal by clothing size. By my !st anniversary I would like to be down to a size 8! so thats ten pants sizes down! EEEK.. But i'm going to do it :) The next six months will be an amazing journey!
