Dr. said it was vertigo and gave me some pills to help with the dizziness until it clears itself up, which he said could be 4-6 weeks. I hate having to take drugs *grumble*

I gained 25lbs over 2 years and then went off of it and lost 20 in about 6 weeks.

Thats what I am set as too and it has been very simple to stick too and I am rarely actually hungry :)

Another thing is that restricting your calories to 1200/day and exercising 2 hours a day is not realistic and therefore almost impossible to do long term (ie: the rest of your life). What I have realized this time is that the slower you go the more likely you are to stick with it for the long term :laugh:

This^^^ No one knows you're story. Doctors, nurses, nutritionists & trainers are all humans first, therefore, prone to making bad decisions and have life affect them the same way it does people that are not in those fields.

If you're interested in knowing what you burn all day you can get a FitBit or a BodyBugg. They are meant to be worn all day. I even wear my FitBit at night becuase it keeps track of how long I sleep and how restless I am.

Hunger pangs are the body's way of telling you it needs something. Don't ignore them.
