:) That definitely changes. You will totally get the moves. I lost 40 lbs with TJ in 2008 and when I started using them again this year it was like I hadn't stopped :) I am currently in week 4 of TurboFire and I'm loving the higher intensity! I am a Chalene Johnson fan and can't wait to start ChaLean Extreme after TF!

I have heard that the cramping after strenuous exercise can be a common side effect. Best to see the doctor though :)

I had my Mirena put in almost 2 years ago. I don't really get a period anymore. YAY! I also have notice a bit of acne but nothing major. I have been losing weight with no problem.

Watch the video on the BB website and then decide if its worth it. I use it and I am reallly happy with it. It has helped "regulate" my body that diet hasn't done. My 5 yearold girl is getting a LeapPad with a couple games. My 8 year old is getting a science book set from Costco and my 9 year old is getting the Percy Jackson book series. Not quite done but its a good start!

I think the first thing to do is to be a good rolemodel for him. If you don't want him to eat it or drink it then you and your husband shouldn't either. if you don't want him eating certain things, make sure you are grocery shopping weekly for fresh fruits and vegetables. Get him involved in cooking and baking with you.…
