I also use the La Tortilla Factory wraps. My favorite is the Fiesta one. Adds a little spice to your wrap, and they are only 50 calories per tortilla.

Wine. I use to drink 1-3 glasses several days a week. Now I try to limit myself to 3 glasses all week. Also cut out a lot of carbs and no fried or fast foods.

Potty squats! Everytime you go to the restroom, do some squats. I started at 10 but now do 25 each time.

Mexican food. Chips and salsa, guacamole, fajitas, carne guisada. Mmmm I love it!
