Thanks gang! I lost alot of lower body weight and my face slimmed down alot. Now I'm hoping the middle will catch up but I know it will take time since I'm an apple :)

I had cheetos today, instead of eating the entire bag (560 calories) I willed myself to stop and only eat half of the bag. I left the rest on the counter knowing that either my husband or daughter would eat the rest before I was ready for another snack and it worked. Kudos to us :)

1200 is fine, and you don't have to eat back your calories from exercise every day. You might want to "bank" them for a meal out on the weekend. I am 5'4 office job consuming 1200 calories gross. After several years of gaining/losing weight, I have learned that if I eat back all my exercise calories, my weight won't change…

me too. I've been at 165lbs before and it suited me well. My 18 year old athletic daughter weighs 145 lbs so I'm guessing my goal is in the right ballpark.

Agree - the only time I'll do an entire cheat day is if I'm vacationing or spending the entire day with extended family for a special occasion. Otherwise, its a cheat lunch or dinner only. I think you'll find that you can't fit much more than that in anyway - you'll be too full.

BTW - I haven't found a tool to help estimate calories. But I drink 8 cups veggie juice per day and have not seen an adverse impact to my weight loss.

I got braces which for me meant having 6 teeth extracted so chewing firm stuff like raw fruits and vegies isn't an option. So I've been juicing for about 2 months now usually in place of snacks throughout the day or as my lunch. I stick primarily to veggies since fruit is loaded with sugar although I do add at least 1…

Try making a low Cal egg bake using egg beaters and lots of veggies. Should last you a few days aproteinnd you can have for breakfast or lunch. Protein shakes are quick and easy as well.
