I love this type of lunch! I am not a salad person, so sandwhiches are a great alternative and nothing is wrong with bread as long as you are not over eating it.

Blue elastics, lots and lots of blue elastics. They just keep coming in with the mail and I just keep putting them in the drawer. It is an entire drawer full. I now have started an making an elastic ball.

I guess I am different, I just try to all eat a clean, balanced and healthy meals throughout the day and I workout when I can. I usually try to workout after I have eaten one of my smaller snack, typically right after work. Cottage cheese, some fruit and a few nuts. Works for me.

Its worth a shot, just don't eat less than the number the program gives you for a 500cal deficit. If after a few weeks nothing changes, up it. Watch your measurement and you should see change. If you daily goal is already set to 1900 or 2100 and you log your exerciise calories afterwards. Do not eat back those calories. The 1900-2100 already account for the calories burned. Your stats are similar, I am just a little taller. Your BMR and TDEE at sedetary is pretty much exact to mine. Mine is 1539 & 1847, my TDEE with moderate exercise is 2385. Minus 500 puts me back around 1885. 1596 on the days you workout would be way to low. IMO. So I set customs goal in MFP. I set my daily goal to my BMR.…

I burn anywhere from 250-400. It really depends how hard your pushing and what workout you are doing. If you plow through with only the planned breaks, I am sure you could burn more. The more breaks you take the less you burn. I use a HRM, worth every penny if you can afford one.

"Just do it, even if you suck" Is one of my favs. I tell this to myself often when I am doing a workout that I suck at. I suck at jogging and pushups, but I do it anyway!

I also try to stay clear of all liquid foundation. Just feels awful, no matter how light weight they advertise it as. I use a bronzing powder mostly, and oil-absorbing sheets instead of re-applying the powder during the day to get rid of un-wanted shine.

No more than once a week, sometimes every two weeks. I found my weight can go up and down as much as a 3-4 lbs through out the week depending how intense my workouts are. So I always use Monday as my weigh in morning IF I weigh in at all.
