I can tell this is a great support group. Looking back at the time frame all of you right, that it would be to much weight lose in such a short time. :blushing: I actually started with this goal 4 months ago and didn't reevaluate it before I posted it. I'm going on a…
  • thank you for getting back so fast. This is going to be tough eating that much, but by reading through the post I can see that I'm not the only one with this problem. I will diffidently be come a regular here so I can learn as much as I can ( and I think I have a long way to go).
  • I am just starting out and I'm totally confused. I have no idea what I'm doing but I know I need to reset my metabolism. Here is a bit about my self. I was very active when my girls were young; I work out 4 times a week and riding my horses 3 to 4 hours, 3 to 4 times a week. As time went by I started not feel well. Doing…
  • Walking is about all I can do also and I hate walking. What I started doing is taking my Kindle to the gym with me to reading while I walk, next thing I know I have been walking for an hour and got 4 miles in. when you listen to music your mind will wander and then you start looking at the time. when you read you get lost…
  • I do this also, I add mine spices to the coffee grounds and brew like normal. Have you tried Nutmeg? it's really good also. There are lots of different spices you can add to the coffee.
  • I think this is funny, and not because of you said it. I just saw a commercial where a guy marries a hamburger, and then eats it. I think it was for Windys. totally grossed me out.
  • congratulation!!!! I can't wait until I can take a picture and see that much of a difference.
  • I know we normally think about a man with a number of wife's, but what about a woman have more then 1 husband?
  • I had the same problem. I switch to french vanilla flavored coffee and use non dairy creamer. Now I'm weaning my self off the creamer but still have the vanilla coffee.
  • Merchandising can be anything from putting brochures in doctors offices, putting coupons on products, ads in the stores (floor and glass graphic, banners, coupons, and anything else and advertiser can think of...lol), audits, cut-ins (moving products in the shelf to make room for something new), building displays, and a…
  • I'm obese but I don't looking anything like that. I know when I get don't to my goal I'll be curvy. It's what I was before and both of my daughters are curvy, so I runs in the family.
  • Look in to merchandising, it's great ! They give you a dead line and you can do it any time before that. Sometime you have to send them a pictures of the completed job. If you work for one company, there can be lot of driving between. I worked for 4 companies and if you schedule your jobs right it's not so bad. I…
  • Hi, I’m new here, I’m so happy I found this group. I was diagnosed with Fibro last October, but I have had symptoms for about 15 years. I was not very nice to my body when I was younger. I was very much a tomboy growing up, started junior rodeo when I was 10, and trained horses ever since. I just assumed the pain was just…
  • What every one is saying here is true, your not really going to see anything until your body fat count comes down. I have the same problem. After a long illness and losing a lot of muscle, I got a free trial (8 days) at a UFC gym. I had a chance to spend about 2 hours with a personal trainer and this is what he had me do…
  • I mentioned it above,I use the digestive enzymes also. Aren't they great! You know your belly is working right, you getting all the nutrients out of the food you eat and your not getting addicted to stimulus. People are just now being exposed to how important it is to have a balanced digestive system. YES, it is important…

  • I was just diagnosed with Fibro and a friend of mine gave me a book called "Fibromyalgia & Chronic Myofascial Pain Syndrome a survival Manual" by Devin Starlanyl (M.D.) and Mary Ellen Copeland, M.S., M.A. This book helped me a lot to understand how Fibro has changed my life and what I need to do to live with it.
  • I'm new to eating clean and these are all great ides. I have started changing the way I shop and I'm going to use your ideas and change my shopping lists.
  • I love the exercise bands. After recovering from a broken arm, i had to use the bands to get my arm working again. You can get them for about $4 a band, look around the internet for the best price. They come in different resistance, so as you get stronger you can move to the next color. I started with orange which is 4.5…
  • I'm new also and have learned so much reading thru posts. When I'm working out I sometimes put my hand on my stomach to remind myself what muscles to tighten.
  • I had the same problem. My Dr. did the same thing and couldn't give me a answer that could help me so I went to a chinesse health Dr. and she had me start taking a digestive enzymes everyday and I don't have that problem anymore. Also I feel much better and so many levels. You need to find one that will survive the stomach…
  • I'm so glad you posted this. I have a very hard time eating all the calories i need in a day. 1 day I went horse back riding with some friends and I burned more calories then I eat that day, so I had to make up twice as many. I ended up with a negative for the day.
