Fruit Smoothie Recipes?

I just bought a new blender and am excited to make some smoothies! Any low cal recipes you like?

    I do smoothies at least every other day, but I do protein smoothies (adding protein powder). I usually do plain nonfat greek yogurt (1/4C), berries (3/4 cup) and protein powder (I use an all natural vanilla powder for this). You could add a little honey or stevia and a little vanilla in place of the protein if you like.

    I also like to add cottage cheese and blend for an extra protein shot. I do LOTS of ice too - like at least half a tray for a smoothie. I like the ice :-)

    I am totally addicted on this smoothie. I have one every morning.

    1 cup Silk Almond Vanilla milk
    1 tablespoon peanut butter
    1 package of Carnation Essentials (any flavaor will do...I typically use vanilla)
    ice cubes
    Sometimes I add a few strawberries(frozen or fresh) or 1/2 bananna

    Frozen berries and other fruit of your choice - about 1/2 cup
    Fresh spinach - about 1 cup
    Flax seed - 1 tbsp
    Cover with almond milk, drizzle with honey, blend until smooth
