Even though it takes a while, it is much better to make your own recipe calculation and save it. Then you know what the content is for future makings! And you could be surprised it may be better (and probably is) than other options :)

I must have messed up my first calculation because this time my monitor says I burned 786 calories! woohoo!

I did the best I could for that day. I have also been doing the 20min video and my muscles have been killing! I am going to do the 40 minute video again today and I will let you know what my monitor says.
