What good ideas do you have for eating first thing in the morning, before a workout? I normally don't exercise until later in the morning, but I have been getting up early to start the day with a workout and I'm not sure what is best! Thanks for any advice you have!
I have been using MFP for about 2 weeks and I am loving it! I have lost 25 pounds before finding this site through my husbands phone. I am taking small goals 10 lbs at a time. My final goal is 100 lbs total. This week I lost one pound. I was hoping for more, but I'll take it!
