Thank you everyone for all your super kind words, it REALLY does help! I didn't think about a reward! I love it though! I used to plan rewards when I first started losing weight, but I never met my goals! But, I just might take your advice and give myself a little something! Thanks! :)

It's the best decision you could ever make, going vegan. :) Not only are you treating yourself and your body with respect, you're vowing to be kind to ALL living things. It's the picture of proper stewardship over everything God has given us. :)

This reminds me so much of what I have struggled with throughout my life. I don't have a magic solution, but I can say this: This is just a valley, keep on struggling and eventually it WILL get better.

That's a good idea. This way the decision is already made! Thanks for the encouragement!

I love this! I do the same thing sometimes with letters. It does seem to work. I might try to video!

I do think you "fixed the situation." Think about a person addicted to tobacco. They are under the control of a huge addiction, that urge decides their life for them. Everything they do is affected by that one thing they cannot seem to overpower. It's the same with someone addicted to money, sex, success, vanity, obesity,…

You might be doing a lot, but if you are doing to same thing semi-regularly, your body will become used to it and stop progressing. You will have to change up the exercises you do and try to work different body parts.

Because fruit has a lot of sugar in it. Even if they are natural sugars, they can store as belly fat. So you should eat them earlier in the day, because you are more likely to be more active throughout the day, burning off that sugar. I've done research on it, and it seems fairly plausible. Nutrition is very complex, so…

Perfectly put. :) Thank you for sharing. I really would like to start counseling.

I do yoga three times a week. It involves a lot of meditation. Everytime I do yoga, it DOES help me see that I'm now capable things I didn't used to be. But I'd like it to happen more quickly. Also, what do you mean by "guided imagery" and "reframing with meditation"?

I honestly do the same thing. I have lost about 80lbs and I have been away from home for a long time. So I will plan and daydream. I think about how skinny I'll be by the time I get home and see everyone. I think about the outfit I want to buy when I reach my goal. Or, much like above, I'll just daydream ridiculous…
