I have the fitbit one. I LOVE it. VERY accurate. (we ride roller coasters at six flags...no false counting...or tracking of flights of stairs when I am on the ride.) Syncs well. I LOVE mine. (I wear it on my bra. it syncs with my droid phone.)

Have to bump because I am NOT finished reading/LAUGHING yet!!! Totally sharing with my kids....and it's so good I might even pass it onto my exes!

I'm JEALOUS! My face turnes beet red and people around me are always asking if I am OK!!! I don't tend to sweat until AFTER and I just imagine how nice it would be to have a really good sweat to catch a breeze from the fans to cool off!!!

You mentioned panty liners, but what about something more substantial like Poise pads. They come in differant absorbancies. Also, to reduce odor, stay WELL hydrated. The more dilute the urine, the less that amonia odor. Hope this helps.

I am by NO means the poster child...but some of my stuff is coming together. I try to keep my mind on the fact that the healthier choices I make food wise, the better I will be able to cope with the stress.
