It has been a while since I flew. I believe arisols were not allowed through at all. All liquids must be in a quart size zip lock baggie. (I always double bag...even triple bag so I have extras to come home with...) ENJOY YOUR TRIP!!!

We did something similar on a health board at work. It is their ONLY challenge that I stuck with to the end! I LOVE IT!!! Add me, please? Where are we going? Might be cool to set up a map of "players" and have us take picks to add from where we are when y'all "get here" ;-)

I have a friend that lost over 100 pounds ( I think it was closer to 130) six years ago now...She said the loose skin gets better with each passing year. (she is late thirties)

Basement treadmill/total gym, The Pointe at Ballwin Commons, and the great outdoors (my favorite when the weather is good!) I love going for walks through various parks, too. Sculpture Park has some great trails! (great for ingress, too!)

Check out "Body By You" which is the women's version of "You are Your Own Gym." Yes, there is an app for that...just under $2.00. ($1.99...as in one dollar and ninety nine cents) but I don't recommend the app without reading the book.
