Looking for some motivation!!! Not new to dieting or exercise but i'm looking to finally stick with it and hoping Myfitnesspal will help! I enjoy exercising but I enjoy food more which is the biggest problem!! Never been much for tracking calories or exercise, will do it for a few days then quit. Time to change all that…

Sounds like a plan!! I started this morning and did 2 miles of "wogging". Felt great , well most of it :-).

I love the walk away the pounds dvd's. They range from 1-5 miles. I have 3 of them and try to switch them up during the week. I don't live in a neighborhood but I do go to the parks and do the walking trails.
