  • If you like the 30 minutes a good workout to try after Jillian Micheals is T25. I did the body revolution than did T25 after and it was wonderful for sure!!! I am not a coach I just really like that workout :happy:

  • I do not mind the gym the reason why I do not use the gym is because I would lack motivation because I do not know the proper routines to do while in a gym that is why I stay at home and turn to the at home DVD's.
  • I have a Polar FT4 as well LOVE IT!!!! As long as you get one with at chest strap they should be pretty accurate from what I have read in previous posts about this. But I do know Polar is a pretty popular brand. Hope this helps. Good luck in your journey :)

  • try www.skinnytaste.com there are a ton of awesome recipes on there and they also freeze really well if you make the full recipe and only eat a couple servings that you have some for another day and you don't have to cook. Good luck with school and moving off campus!!!
  • I use the Polar FT4 heart rate monitor it has a chest strap so it is more accurate and it wasn't supre hard to figure out either.
  • Hungry girl has a ton of recipes for these kinds of noodles if you are interested in buying her cookbook or you can always look at her website online www.hungrygirl.com. She uses them in many different ways.

  • I do not have pictures of my thighs but I know i have cut inches off of mine by doing the beachbody Brazil Butt Lift DVD. They have a ton of really good one but this one is the one i am using right now. Hope this helps.

  • Insanity is a workout that Beachbody.com has it is with Shaun T I believe he is wonderful I have never tried Insanity but I do have other Beachbody workouts love them, Slim in 6, Turbo Jam, 10 minute Trainer and Brazil Butt Lift all very good workouts.
  • Turbo Jam is a great workout fun and you burn lots of calories and you can burn even more if you wear the weighted gloves that come with the dvd's.   • Oscar Mayer lower sodium bacon seems to be the lowest in calories that I have found it is 70 calories for two slices rather than 70 calories for one slice and it tastes just like bacon. I love it and use it when I am wanting bacon. Good luck and keep up the good work!!! :glasses:
