Sweetheart, I hope you get through this. I actually quit my job after working for a month. My anxiety was high and I couldn't handle working with boys who were very disrespectful to me...One of my managers was very rude also. I kept having anxiety attacks about going back to work so I just called them one day and quit.…

Take a step back and evaluate your situation. Write down things you dislike that you are doing and ask yourself why you continue to do them. Then write down reasons why you want to get back on track. I usually do this and then tack "Back on Track " reasons somewhere I can keep looking at them.

I ride on the sidewalk because I have a fear of cars and a majority of them wouldn't bother to slow down for me. Nearly been ran over quiet a few times. (I'm mostly deaf so I don't hear them coming...)

Excellent advice! I, too, get the munchies after workouts. :]

(If you need extra sugar, go ahead and put a teaspoon on the fruit.) Also, if you want something akin to apple pie, cut up some apple slices & sugar them then pop them…

I suggest adding in more exercise...perhaps cardio.

I'm sick of seeing people make excuses and whine about their weight because I was once a person like that. But I'm done with making excuses, now I'm making history.

I think you should take acschnable's advice. My mother was around the same weight as you and then she got sick of it. She pushed herself every day, even if she didn't want to, and exercised & ate healthy. The trick is to MAKE yourself do it whether or not your brain is screaming at you not to. I'm 18 and overweight for my…
