PCOS Help--Metaformin

Hi! I was diagnosed with PCOS when I was around 16 years old and I still struggle with it today.
I believe it and paired with my (old)bad eating habits are the cause for my weight gain.

So, I was wanting to ask anyone out there with PCOS if Metaformin helps them lose weight?
I have found that it's pretty hard for me to keep my weight down as it keeps bouncing---I was off of my Metaformin for a while because I lost hope but I have recently started it again.

    dont know. Im also on metformin. The only thing that ive notice is that i dont feel so much hunger

    It did help me lose weight when I started it 9 years ago. It has that effect for some women but not all.
