I've been having a rough weekend. I was supposed to start up Power 90 last night but the little one was really sick with a 103 degree fever, so today it's going to be double the workout with Power 90, even if I'm not really supposed to do that. What's really been getting me down is I have so many "friends" on this website,…

I purchased the power 90 a couple of months ago, started it, and enjoyed it. Unfortunately I had to put it aside when problems arose. I'm looking to get back into the swing of things, but trying to plan it into working nights, taking care of a 1yr old, sleeping, and going to school full-time I dont see how it's…

Oh man I'm struggling tonight--the cookies we keep out at the hotel smell so good and I just want to grab one and eat it--just smelling it is making my mouth water and stomach growl--I tried to get myself to eat something else and/or try to get my mind off of it all together--but it's still there--I'm having a mind battle…

I have always had an issue with weight, 220lbs was the heaviest I've been. then all of a sudden when I was 15 I lost over 60lbs and ended up down to a size 6 by the time I was 18-19 yrs old. Then I got pregnant and put all that hard earned weight loss back on. It's over a year later and I have still not lost the weight…

COUNT ME IN! I need all the back up and support I can get from others. :)

I go out and leave the house. I usually go where there is no temptation of food. Like the park. I'll walk around there and be a kid again by going on the swings and what not. I just have fun any way possible. It'll keep me distracted long enough until it's actually "time" for me to eat again, then I just eat healthy like…

I felt that way. I was thinking when I first joined that this is all the calories I can take in a day?! really?! that's impossible!--but I did it. It was rough at first making sure I was staying within my limit and eating enough to not necessarily make me full, but fill me up to where I no longer had hunger pains. I've…

I know what you mean. I feel as if the MFP friends that I have are supportive towards each other from what I can see, but not really towards myself. Although there are maybe 2 or 3 out of the group that do show encouragement towards me daily, usually, I feel that a little more maybe needed to really keep me going. But it's…

If you really like eggs so much I recommend having scrambled eggs (1 full egg, the rest egg whites), and chopping up some fresh veggies (onions, green peppers, mushrooms, etc.) mixing them in and cooking that all up. with a side of wheat toast. Doesnt sound like much but it'll fill you up. :)

I'm looking to lose at least 50lbs so I'm more than willing to be apart of that group. :)

Welcome! I'm new to the site as well. I was introduced to it by a friend who has been using it for a couple of months now and has lost a full 25lbs. When she told me that it helped her with keeping track of what she ate and how she worked off the calories, I thought hell why not! haha. Feel free to add me if you're looking…

I would love to join this group. I'm a mom of a 14 month old little boy, work full-time overnight, and go to school full-time. Now I've decided that it's time to work on getting back into shape and back down as close as I can to the size I was pre-pregnancy. I've figured it would take a goal of losing about 50lbs to get…

I know what you mean. I'm striving for this to be a lifelong change in my life and not just a one time deal.

Just joined this site and it's cool to see a nightshift thread on here. I work an 8 hr night shift at a hotel sitting behind a desk the entire time. It's money, but it's a drag to be asleep while the whole world is awake, and vice versa. Not to mention having to take care of a 1 year old during the day, and now I'm bound…
