Hi everyone, my name is Tom and I am from New York, Long Island to be exact. I am 22 years old and currently weigh a little over 200 lbs at 5 foot 10 inches. Although I know I am not obese, I feel like I can't have confidence in myself without feeling good about the person that I am. Last week I started a diet that cuts out all fried foods, soda, etc and meals that will leave me feeling terrible about what I just consumed. The hardest part is working at a restaurant, as I want to eat everything that comes my way.

The problem is that I work out now 5 days a week and feel like I am not consuming enough calories. Today alone I had breakfast, lunch and dinner, with 3 snacks, adding in my workout it says that I still need consume 1,000 calories. Is this bad for my body, I don't want the food that I eat to be stored as fat.

If anyone can give me some tips on eating, mainly breakfast which seems to be the hardest meal to stay away from foods like fried eggs and bacon. Thanks alot!

  • If you really like eggs so much I recommend having scrambled eggs (1 full egg, the rest egg whites), and chopping up some fresh veggies (onions, green peppers, mushrooms, etc.) mixing them in and cooking that all up. with a side of wheat toast. Doesnt sound like much but it'll fill you up. :)
