No biggie :) you won't gain weight eating a few more calories once in a while. I eat pizza, candy and chocolate once a week and my weight is stable. Just eat right the rest of the week and you'll be fine :)

If you eat clean and continue to exercise that water weight will disappear :) Eat chicken, eggs, walnuts, vegetables, wholegrain products, fruit etc. and drink only water. Im guessing you are overtrained. Give yourself 3 days off from training and you'll feel better than ever when you start up again the 4.th day :)

I took my time. Started with 0,5 km longer, just a little bit faster; and after a while that new speed and distance became the new "normal". So i did this on a regulary basis and now i run 40-50 K's a week. If you push to hard to fast you get burned and discouraged. Babysteps:flowerforyou:

I always run harder and faster when i run outside. I need to slow down and find the right rythm. Hang in there and give yourself sone time and you'll get there.

The only thing that makes you lose weight is if you eat less then you burn. Running helps the process, but if your diet is wrong exercise won't help you lose weight. I run and I have very low body fat percentage. I eat very clean I've lost about 6-7 kg. What do you eat?

I started to see results after a few months when i ran 5 K's 3-4 times a week. As my shape got better I startted running more, harder and longer. Now I run 40-50 K's a week and my body has never looked better. I've lost 4 cm on each of my thighs just by running and eating healthy.

Start pushing a 0,5 km to 1 km each time you run. I run 40-50 km's a week and couldn't run a meter 1 1/2 year ago :) To push down the time I started with intervals for the whole 10 K by running a little bit faster every other 0.5km. Today my record is 10K in 46.30 and still pushing the time down.

Run. As you said you cant spot lose, but running is the most effective way to lose body fat:)

I started running about 1 1/2 year ago and lost alot of body fat. I looked alot more defined. Now I also do Yoga and Pilates and my body has never looked better. I would focus on cardio first if your goal is to loose bodyfat.
