Hello people :smile:

I am a norwegian girl who loves running. Been doing it for almost 2 years now and I run 40-50 K's a week. Before that I was really unhealthy, never working out and smoking up to 40 cigarettes a day:frown:

I just started yoga and pilates as well and I love my new active lifestyle. I eat healthy, but not obsessive. If I want pizza i eat pizza:bigsmile:

    I've never smoked but I'm told it's one of the hardest things to quit. I'm struggling with certain foods enough! You know, it's easy to recognize needs in others and I frequently drop my schedule and priorities to help someone else. It took me a long time to realize that I need to treat myself as well as I treat others -- and one of the most important things I can do is take care of myself physically. When we recognize that need and give ourselves permission to be a best friend to ourselves, we become much healthier people. GOOD FOR YOU!! Keep doing it!!!
