I say yes, as long as it is planned and in moderation or it could turn into a binge day or continuous cheating. This isn't a diet for me, it is a life style change so I have to be realistic. You need to know your limits and what works for you, or what might set you off.

What I love is I have no excuse NOT to do the DVDs like it's too hot, rainy, too late to walk, etc. I don't have to leave the house to walk! Hi, I've been doing Leslie Sanaone for a few months. I have the WATP Fat Burning Miles and I just ordered a few on ebay. I also attend a class in my area by a Certified Leslie Sansone Instructor. Love the class and the DVD's. There is never an excuse like it's too hot or raining to walk!
