  • I did day 1 of level 2 last night and OMG it was HORRIBLE!!! I thought after getting pretty good at level 1 that level 2 wouldn't be THAT bad. I honestly felt like I had just started working out all over again. The challenge of being able to actually do all the moves all the way through in 10 days is what will keep me…

  • I have a small weight set so I use different weights depending on the exercise. I mostly use the 5lb but for the arm lifts with side lunge, I only use 3lb and for the arm flies(?) I use 8lb.
  • I finished day 2 of level 1 last night. I pushed myself a lot harder than I had been and I can definitely tell the difference today. I felt great while doing it and was a sweaty mess!! I am actually for the first time ever looking forward to working out tonight!!

  • Did day 1 level1 last night. Will do day 2 tonight. Does anyone else have problems getting through all the reps they do? For example, I can't do push-ups for as long as they do. I do about 12 the first round and then like 7 the second round. I just rest until we move on. What does everyone else do if they can't finish?

I don't have an iphone, I have an android, so I listen to the music on my ipod and just keep track of the time on the treadmill vs actually using my phone. I just let the time run on it and set it to the side. Also, I have heard that running outside is…
  • Thanks for the advice everyone. I will definitely follow it. I am absolutely NOT giving up on this goal so I guess I will just have to push through it. I do feel great after I'm finished with my run, I just hate it during. Maybe one day I can manage to enjoy it or at least not want to pass out.
