The tummy thing is horrible and after 4 c-sections and a natural pod I'm not sure it will ever go but I'm not giving up.... Keep going ... Up your core strength with the plank, full & side every day. Good luck and please add me :)

I'm in... need a little more motivation to be consistant with my exercise... Weight today 20/09/12 173.8 Goal weight 31/12/12 153.8 A little over 1lb a week which I think is do able then would just have a small amount left to tackle in 2013... Good luck all

Hi I am also trying to lose around that amount of weight. I have set my goal at 2lbs a week and generally hit around 1.5/2 which is ok and I'm happy with it. I would probably be more consistant if I exercised more regulary...... so that's my advice to you, keep up with the exercise no matter what it is, good luck and feel…

I soak a cup of oats in water over night with a little wheat bran and some seeds. I eat this with some natural yogurt and berries... Yum
