OMG I thought I was the only one that felt this way. Whenever I work out and I dont feel that heart pumping and that sweat falling( sorry if that sounds gross) lol I kinda feel like it's a waste of a workout, or im not doing enough intensity. I do get sad as well! lol

I totally agree with you. I'm at my heaviest of 250 after having my first born son in 2010. I am so ready and determined to get fit and just be healthy overall. Im excited to see that i'm not alone. But you can do it! Just keep your head up and stay encouraged!
