I'm on day 9 of level 2 and not only do I hate this level, I'm feeling overall frustrated because I haven't lost any inches or pounds. I also look the same yet have been watching what I'm eating (for the most part!), logging calories, and doing things like zumba and pilates at the gym. Losing my motivation!!

I'm a noob! I just did Level 1 Day 6 today. I've also gotten into yoga and have been throwing that in the mix as well (going to piloxing tonight!). So far I have noticed an improvement in my endurance and am able to do more of the pushups, although they are the "girly" pushups, but pushups nonetheless! I'm going to take…
