I usually marinate chicken breast with a mixture of lemon juice, agave (sometimes skip the agave and use some stevia for some sweetness minus the extra calories from the agave), garlic, soy and a bit of ginger, grill it up, then cut into chunks and mix it with quinoa and then make a lettuce wrap out of the mixture

my friend got me back into WoW, last I played was WotLK, so it's kinda cool going through all the new changes, not sure how I feel about the simplified talent system now though ... also, FOR THE ALLIANCE!

I was going to say the same thing, I usually take Greek yogurt and mix it with rice vinegar and a small amount of stevia, balsamic vinegar and Dijon mustard, and it turns out tasting like a creamy Greek salad dressing

since I don't know you, I will have to ask, do you cook for yourself or do you usually go out for most of your meals? when I usually go out and eat at restaurants, I don't really care about the nutritional facts, nor am I telling you that you shouldn't care either, I just order and eat what I really enjoy because the way I…

make what ever you have fun playing as, if you are playing D&D, I think it's about how well you like playing the role of the character, not really as a "what class is the best class" I only played D&D twice, but I really had fun playing my second character that was a Half-Orc Bard with greataxe specialization, the DM just…

most people confuse Americanized Chinese food with the authentic Chinese food, authentic style uses lighter sauces and not as much sugar, also I noticed the authentic dishes have more vegetables.

once the noodles has been boiled for 5 minutes, drained and dried, then cooked with the sauce, it actually is great, I guess that's what it means to be a good cook, you can make anything taste good, but then again.. everyone's palette is different

I make a stir fry from Shiritaki noodles and chicken with broccoli for the sauce I make my own using garlic chili sauce, soy sauce, lite rice vinegar and instead of using sugar I use stevia instead which actually works wells, and for the thickener for the sauce, I use some PB2 powder, just stir those up together well and…

it's hard to mention favorites because I have a bunch but the games I remember spending hours upon hours would be: Demon's Souls Dark Souls (cannot wait for Dark Souls 2) Dragon's Dogma: Dark Arisen and Ni No Kuni

pretty much this statement right here, vegans who have extreme views, as bold as to say "humans should never eat meat" are just denying years and years and years of human evolution, the cavemen didn't survive or get their strength from just eating plants. I have a theory that extremist vegans probably did not get enough…

good for them for doing a 180 on their DRM policy, I am still planning on getting a ps4, though it is very annoying to see microsoft loyalists spouting "no more DRM! xbox is going to be the winner again!" BS on various forums. if only they can realize that microsoft did not get rid of their DRM for the "loyalists", if…

I think I was probably 5 or 6 years old, but this was one of many games that got me hooked.

I can only hope that this E3 event was an eye-opener, I have never liked MS in the first place, because I disagree with their take on consumers, like having to be gold to actually use Netflix (though I hear that may have been changed), or if they feel like they need to be one step above, they will buy out exclusive timed…

I have been playing a lot of Dragon's Dogma: Dark Arisen on PS3 ever since I picked it up Tuesday wanted to play the original, but never had time, when I learned about the release of the original + all the dlc and expansion on one disc, I gave in, been having a blast playing it ever since

I am waiting for ESO as well, I can't wait to make my character, join the Dark Brotherhood and spread the fear of death to other players.

I am also waiting for FFXIV, but I am afraid I do not have as much free time as I used to when I got FFXI when it first came out, but out of all the MMO's I have played, FFXI gave me some memorable moments, I still remember doing one of the Promyvions with my linkshell when Chains of Promathia came out, if was the final…

I would suggest you do what I always do when it comes to special occasions and restaurants, just get what you may enjoy and enjoy it, you don't even have to eat it all, just eat half a plate and take the rest for later, just as long as you keep working out / staying active and watch what you eat for the remainder of the…

so, I just downloaded Path of Exile, so far, I am really liking it, for a game that's F2P, it sure has captivated me more than than a certain other $60 retail game

this is exactly what I went through, I was pretty much obese most of my life, and noticed most of times that people would go out of their way, just to get out of my way, if that makes sense, and even when I would shop at a store, the employees that would walk around asking if you need help would always go to the slimmer,…

I sometimes melt a little bit of coconut oil and add a pack of stevia and mix it with a small pinch of sea salt, adds just a few extra calories, but tastes almost like a fully loaded sweet kettle style pop corn
