I'm sorry that you had to go through all of that. I can relate (I have had 2 ectopic pregnancies). Getting yourself fit and ready to try again is an amazing reason to get going. I wish you the best of luck and I'm sending lots of prayers your way for a healthy you and a healthy baby in the near future! :flowerforyou:

I hear you loud and clear on that one! :)

It was a number of things for me. I gained a little weight after high school and then I met my fiance and I got a little too comfortable and just didn't eat right. Fast forward to getting pregnant. I was overweight when I got pregnant. After having my son, I realized I needed to be in better shape so I could keep up with…

Finally a topic that I can relate to! lol I am 5'2 and my current weight is 131. My highest weight was 178 when I was pregnant. My current goal weight is between 120-125 pounds. I joined MFP in March of this year and was at 151 pounds. Trust me, I totally understand how frustrating weight loss/gain is because like many…

I say go for whatever you feel most comfortable in. If you feel good about yourself in size 12 then your opinion is what matters most. Height is a major factor and of course the brand makes a huge difference too! Remember to put yourself first and do what makes you most happy! =) Congrats on your weight loss!

We are definitely our biggest critics. Look back at old pictures and you will really see the difference. You have made great progress and if you are getting the compliments from those who know you, then there has to be a change. Keep up the great work!!! =)

Aww.....I'm sorry you are broken hearted! Don't be....instead, consider yourself one of a kind! :)

Congratulations and welcome back to MFP! =) I have a 16 month old son, I work full time, and I have been using MFP for the past 8 months. Feel free to friend me!

I agree. It isn't impossible at all. Sure, when I started it wasn't exactly easy but I adjusted and like you, I sometimes hit a point where I don't even hit 1200 and I'm not starving myself by all means! Keep doing what you're doing because it seems to be working! Great job!

Sounds delicious. Thanks for sharing! =)

Wow! You look great and your story is awesome, definitely inspirational! =) Thank you so much for sharing and for giving all of us that extra motivation to keep going. Love it! =D

Good plan ;) I like to do the same on high calorie burn days as well.

I always wondered on this one and finally decided that the best option for me was to listen to my body. If I'm still hungry, then I will eat something. If I'm not hungry, then I stay where I am. I beat myself up over this but just can't justify eating just to eat, especially if I'm not hungry.

Haha! Funny! =)

@kasslass2, very pretty!

@ laursey I have started this workout a few times and never finished. I am planning on starting that next week after I finish my current workout. I agree.....it is a killer workout! =) Glad to know the pooch goes away a bit with it. =)

I am doing hip hop abs right now and I am on week 3. I have noticed a DRASTIC change in my baby pooch since then, although I still have more to get rid of. (My son is 13 months old) I have also tried the app that misschrissy18 is talking about and like that as well because it does target your problem areas. I do my…

Congratulations! It is a wonderful feeling to get into that pair of jeans. Give yourself a big pat on the back. Sounds like you're doing great! =)

That is wonderful! You can definitely see a difference. Keep it up because you are well on your way! :)

Absolutely not! I have freckles and I am not ashamed of any of them. If any guy has the nerve to tell me otherwise, well, they just aren't worth my time! =)

I do it occasionally, mostly when I know I'm having leftovers. Every now and then I will plan my entire day but I'm not always the best at planning so it is usually plan as I go. Thankfully, I eat a lot of the same stuff at work so it helps me stay on track. =) Congrats too on being so close to your goal weight!!

I have gone through my share of DVD's. I have tried: Winsor Pilates: Some workouts are tougher than others but it is reasonable and I definitely saw a difference 30 Day Shred: I am currently doing this one and love it! I am a day away from level 2 and looking forward to it. The workout is intense, quick and cheap. I have…
