I've heard the rawer the better with paleo and primal diet... if you think about it Man/Woman didnt have heat source to cook and gathered more veggies, fruit and nuts unless they stumbled across leftover roadkill and ate it raw but certain meats must be cooked but hey I may be wrong ;)

I have the ultra my wife got one first then I did it help me keep focused and aware that I need to be moving and not on my butt and if you go to earndit.com they have challenges with other people... it fun, motivating, and my wife and I support each other if one is in need to get a few more activity…

My fitbit ultra records floors and it avg. 15 standard stair step going up only as a floor it doesn't count coming down :noway: hope this helps
