well, I guess I wonder.....do I need to worry about the calories? If I could use 100% cream, is that actually better than 50% cream/50% water? Well, as far as eggs, let's say I was debating between 2 eggs and a pat of butter or three egg. I think 3 eggs would be more satisfying, but adding the butter increases the fat % for the meal. This is just my theory. For me, I will sometimes have days where I just want to eat and eat, and I find that exercise is the ONLY thing that eliminates my appetite. Completed level 2 day 5 last night. Half way done!!! The only one I can't do is the squat with the arms going out front to eye level. I have to do the squats and arms separate. I completed day 1 of level 2 last night. I was sweating a lot more! Some of the arm moves I couldn't do with my 5lb weights. I really need 3 lb weights for those (or less). I don't think I've lost any weight. Kind of a downer......especially when the box says something along the lines of "lose 20 lbs in 30 days".…

I have finished 8 days of level one. Finally, it doesn't hurt when I sit down or stand! Major improvement! 2mare days then on to level 2.

I"ve done it for 5 of the last 6 days. My legs still hurt when I sit down or get up. How long does it take to get past that?

I agree that the first circuit on level one is the hardest. I feel like once I get past that I am over the hump! I did it 4 days in a row, but I had to take off yesterday. Felt like a knife had been stabbed thru my right thigh. I'll be back on it tonight though. 31 day (hopefully) shred for me.

Going up steps hurts! I run three miles a few tines a week and thought this wouldn't be bad. Wrong!

It is so tough to resist the temptation......and to stop. I can relate. I've been drinking a lot of fat free hot chocolate (20 cal a cup) and sugar free popsicles (or two or three). Feels like a treat without a bunch of damage.

I have the same problem with quasi- "grazing". I have been eating Progresso light soups. ~140 calories in a can. Pretty filling and taste good. I will also eat a bunch of cooked califlower with a little cheese. Sugar free banana popsicles (15 calories each). Good luck. Will be checking back for other suggestions. :)

I think I understand your question. How do you keep the diet and exercise from seeming like a job, that you HAVE to do or you are going to panic. I don't know......but I can certainly completely relate to your problem Curious to see what kind of responses you get. You are doing great!
