Cream better than milk - newbie question
Hi, so, I'm making some Alfredo sauce. Is it better to make it with heavy whipping cream versus milk? I mean the calories with cream are just so high. It just doesnt seem right. calories - is heart rate the most important thing?
Hi, I get to the same heart rate (~150 bpm) on the treadmill and on the eliptical. The eliptical "feels" easier to me. Is the calorie burn the same.....if the heart rate is the same?

How do you take measurements?
Wondering about locations and how? When measuring waist, do you do narrowest point, or across belly button? Or somewhere else? Do you suck you gut in, let it hang out or in between? Do you pull the tape tightly or just enough? Curious about this. Just started 30 day shread.

I have been reading comments about the video and am tempted to get it. My current routine is 30 minutes of treadmill (3 miles) and 30 minutes of eliptical. I need to tone A LOT. I am 5'8" and 127lbs.
