My foot swelled up and most of the swelling went down. But there is still pain and signs of puffyness. My doctor specificallly said no running or jogging til the foot heals. I never eat before I workout in the morning. I drink a bottle of water and keep it moving. Then eat right when I'm done. During the week after work i stop eating at about 430pm so at 6pm I can do my workout without feeling feel. Then I'll eat a small snack after that.

Are you fasting as a way to kickstart your diet? You do not have to do that. Get a good cleanse and do it every night for 7-14 days. Starving is not a good way to diet.. No my cheat days do not make me feel like crap afterwards.. My cheat day is usually the two days I run for an hour or more.. I usually do chinese food, panera bread or some other favorite. I haven't gained weight from cheat days..
