Eat more then you can train more/harder A man on 1200 calories a day is not healthy at all(even not for a woman, you should probably be 1800+++ and workout 1h 3-4 times a week. you will have no energy at all with so low calories

Here I train we say: 10 and higher for endurance 10 and lower for strength just basic Normaly I do 2-5 sets and 4-12 reps depending on the muscle group and how I feel. And I would not be afraid to get huge muscles if I where a girl, because of the lower amount of testoterone.

I weight 82kg and my daily intake is 200g protein without dinner(220-250 with dinner). That is 2,43g for every kg, more when I count in the dinner. I eat then after 1 hour i start working out. I train for 1,5-2 hour and eating 2 bananas in the middle for some energy, when I am finnished, I eat and get a protein shake I eat every 3 hour of a day.

Getting 1200 calories a day is way to low, your starving your body and you will not function well. So when you increase your intake to 1800-2500 you will function much bether and you can actualy have longer workouts and much more energy.
