plain greek yogurt! you can add in your nuts and peanutbutter ora nything u want! or some cottage cheese... i like cutting up boiled eggs, adding a 1/2 cup cottage cheese, a tbsp sweet relish, and a tbsp of mustard, and you got egg salad!!! :)

im 5"6 and my heighest weight was 145-150 (cant remember) my current weight is 132...my goal weight is 125-120 (depends how i look at 125) :)

breakfast in a mug!!! 1/2 cup eggbeaters original, tbsp of shredded cheese, tbsp of real bacon bits, stir all in a coffee mug, and microwave for one minute!!!!!! DEEEE licious..

thank you ... and yes i measure EVERYTHING, down to a teaspoon lol.. and i know im at a healthy weight right now,but id really like to lose at least a few more inches so i can fit back into ''small'' sizes...and my size 3 skinny jeans... lol.. ive always been an active person, but i never knew or thought counting calories…
