"What does your workout have in common with 50 Shades of Grey? Both could turn you on. A first-of-its-kind study from Indiana University reported that 23% of women have experienced an orgasm during exercise; 51% of those who did recently attribute it to ab exercises, 20% say yoga hit the spot, and 16% thank Spinning. Experts can't yet pinpoint why coregasms happen during gym time, but getting off while you get in shape isn't the worst thing in the world. In fact, it's good motivation."

Ever have one? Where's mine?
i need to do more ab work then. lol
i had one walking to work one day. i was still smoking, i had to stop and have a cig. i had to laugh at it. but that stopped me wearing those pants ever again. I'm sure it was the pants that did it.
and ya, never a bad thing even if its a lil' one.
better motive right?0 -
