  • Definitely discard the green leaves. The recipes I've seen for the rice involving microwaving the cauliflower after you either process or grate it. I mix the uncooked cauliflower bits with egg and cheese and then bake to make the pizza crust.

  • Do you have an ankle brace or support to wear? If you do, it might make walking around there easier. I used to wear a knee brace before my surgery and it helped a lot at Rennfest.
