I have a juicer and i juice up a cucumber, a celery, after I mix that with blended spinach. it's nice and green.
I never juice up the spinach since you lose most of it!0 -

Here are some of my recipes: (I don't have the best blender, so I run my veggies through the food processor first.)
Green smoothie:
2 cups romaine lettuce
3 macadamia nuts
1/2 cup greek yogurt
1/2 cup lowfat milk
1 cup frozen fruit (usually mango or berries)
1/2 tsp cinnamon
Orange and green smoothie:
1 cup romaine lettuce
1 cup carrots
3 macadamia nuts
1/2 cup greek yogurt
1/2 cup lowfat milk
1 cup frozen fruit (usually mango or berries)
1/2 tsp cinnamon
Sometimes I substitute half of the frozen fruit for a banana and some ice and/or substitute macadamia nuts for almonds.0 -
