I bulk make my meals each Sunday. I make sure I have my meals set out for the week ahead and make a list. I have just ordered a bike and I should be getting it in over a weeks time. I am going to start commuting to work which is a 9 mile round trip. Wont be doing it on a daily basis until I build up my stamina. Last time I rode a bike was over a year ago and that was only a short distance.

run 3x a week one sprints one a short run and your third one a 5k. You need to get your speed up so doing a series of sprints over time will help majorly.
